Most have a boat lifts /slips and provide direct gulf access via Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. In the Connors Vanderbilt section along Gulf Shore Drive and the three cul-de-sac streets adjacent to it, single family homes along the beach, or within walking distance are also available and typically offer deeded beach access and dramatic views. These single family home neighborhoods are a mix of new, recently built , larger estate luxury homes, and "tear downs", smaller homes built more than 20 years ago. Most homes for sale in Vanderbilt Beach are priced in the 900s and reach well into the millions.
